Which one suits you
**Buy Quad Lock** for the ecosystem. Cases exist for far more phone models, and the accessory range — including the wireless charging head at $89.95 — is much broader. Budget for the optional vibration dampener as part of the purchase, not an afterthought: handlebar vibration is the documented risk to phone camera modules, and Apple publishes a warning about high-amplitude motorcycle vibration reaching the phone.
**Buy Rokform** for the hardware. The 6061 aluminium clamp, the wide 7/8" to 1.5" bar range with included spacers, and the magnet backing up the twist-lock are what the extra $90 buys. The magnet is a secondary retention feature, not a substitute for locking the twist mount.
**Neither mount waterproofs your phone.** Both are weather-resistant mounting hardware; the phone's own rating is what protects it in rain.
